Role Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development / Sales Manager with a talent for customer interaction to join our dynamic company in Eindhoven. You will work closely with our current sales manager and project managers and be directly responsible for business development on a strategic and tactical level.
This includes:
- Proactively prospecting and generating leads for new business opportunities
- Matching the needs of the client through our business solutions.
- Attracting a diversity of new and follow up businesses
- Scouting for high quality innovative projects and companies
- Proposing and negotiate commercial conditions
- Creating new services based on the needs and challenges of the market
What You Can Expect
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions.
- Respond to requests for quotations and proposals.
- Collect customer insights on user experience, product improvements, needs, etc.
- Structure follow-up leads and update the sales funnel regularly.
- Represent Vertico at conferences and exhibitions through presentations and stands.
- Work collaboratively with technical sales or support colleagues within the company.
What We Ask
- An HBO or Master’s in a relevant field (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Business).
- Two or more years of experience in sales or customer interaction and a B2B industrial environment.
- Experience with 3D printing technologies is a plus.
- A passion for customer interaction and a drive to grow.
- Strong presentation and writing skills.
- A quality mindset and good problem-solving skills.
- Quick responsiveness, high standards, and an entrepreneurial predisposition.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with team members and customer employees.
- Proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Must currently live in Europe and must be willing to move to the Netherlands.
