Your Role
As a Senior R&D Engineer – Innovation Lead, you will:
• Lead advanced R&D projects in 3D concrete printing, a transformative technology reshaping the industry.
• Drive hardware development, PLC/IPC programming, and prototyping.
• Strategically manage projects from concept to execution, including potential international travel for installations.
• Work in a dynamic startup where your ideas and contributions directly impact our success.

• Independent & driven – You take ownership and work proactively.
• Strategic & hands-on – You can both plan and execute effectively.

• Educational background – A degree in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. Relevant experience matters just as much.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, R&D, or a similar technical role.
• Strong communicator – Fluent in English, with excellent project management skills.
