Printing on the existing wire frame structure: Breaking New Ground in 3D Concrete Printing!

We’re excited to share a sneak peek into one of our most innovative research projects yet—3D printing on an existing wire frame structure in collaboration with our partners Volker Wessels, we are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible with concrete printing by integrating 3d concrete printing techniques directly onto structural frames.

This opens up the possibility to print on reinforcement and in this case even showcases guarding against electrical field interference. This approach opens up a world of new design possibilities.

We’re exploring the integration of patterns, making each frame unique and functional while enhancing its aesthetic appeal. By building directly onto existing structures, we’re aiming to reduce material use and create more efficient and versatile designs
