Giving back to the community has always been at the heart of what we do. This summer, we launched an open call to support universities without access to robotic systems, offering students a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Robotic manufacturing. Cairo University, led by Prof. @mnoeman and his talented students, was selected to participate in this unique program.

The project explored Laplacian growth—replicating natural patterns through a custom algorithm that resulted in a striking parametric bench design. The journey wasn’t without its challenges. Non-planar slicing required our team to step in and help create the printing path and code for the robot. The bench didn’t survive the assembly phase, highlighting the need for structural optimization and practical experience.

Of course, every obstacle brought valuable lessons. This experience underscored the power of collaboration, creativity, and persistence in the face of challenges.
